Job summary

Rite of Passage at Canyon State Academy in Queen Creek, AZ is seeking a Group Supervisor to lead a team dedicated to safety and around‑the‑clock supervision of youth in the program.

You will guide coaches and transportation staff, participate in staffing decisions, and help deliver compassionate, consistent youth services while fostering growth and accountability in a challenging but rewarding environment. This role emphasizes compassion, consistency, and empowering youth to succeed.

Qualifications

• Supervisory experience preferred.
• Be empathetic, patient, and treat others with respect.
• Have a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Be at least 21 years of age.
• Possess ability to pass background checks and screenings.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Senior Coach Counselors and other staff to ensure safety and around-the-clock supervision of students.
• Participate in decisions involving hiring, transfers, discipline, and performance evaluation.
• Support program delivery and enforce policies to maintain a positive environment.
• Create a compassionate, consistent atmosphere that empowers youth to succeed.
