Job summary

Trinity Youth Services in El Monte, CA is hiring a Case Aide / Youth Care Worker to join a residential team. The role supports case management, coordinates intake and documentation, and helps with family contact and transportation for youth services.

The position requires a high school diploma or GED, with preference for a Bachelor's degree, and 21+ with background checks. Bilingual Spanish preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Experience in youth services or related programs is preferred.
• Must be 21+ and pass background checks.

Responsibilities

• Assist in day-to-day tasks of the case management department to ensure timely services for youth.
• Enroll youth into the program’s intake system (ETO/Shelter Youth Portal).
• Coordinate with families, and arrange transportation for program activities and court appointments.
• Create and maintain client intake case files and related documentation.
• Support discharge planning and follow-up contacts post-reunification.
