Job summary

Integrated Services for Behavioral Health (ISBH) is seeking a CANS Assessment Associate to conduct comprehensive CANS assessments for children, adolescents, and transitional-age youth in virtual, home, school, and community settings.

You will maintain documentation in the EHR and CANS portal, coordinate with families and partners, ensure HIPAA compliance, and travel within designated areas to support timely access to care.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Current Ohio CANS certification or ability to certify within 21 days of employment.

Responsibilities

• Conduct CANS assessments for youth in virtual, home, school, and community settings.
• Maintain accurate records in the EHR and CANS portal.
• Collaborate with families, providers, and community partners to plan care.
• Ensure HIPAA compliance and follow state guidelines.
• Travel within designated service areas.
