Florida Sheriffs Youth Ranches is seeking an Office Manager to partner with Camp Director and Camping Services leadership. You will handle purchasing, payroll data, and general secretarial support while ensuring policy compliance and budget awareness.

The role requires 3–5 years of accounting/clerical experience, a high school diploma, and a professional, service-oriented approach to youth programs. This is a full-time, on-site position with overtime eligibility.

Qualifications

• High School diploma and 3–5 years of accounting/clerical experience with hands-on computer use.

Responsibilities

• Coordinates purchases and ensures proper approvals.
• Issues purchase orders and verifies invoice totals.
• Maintains payroll information and answers payroll questions.
• Receives and processes deposits; handles vouchers and payments.
• Acts as primary receptionist with hospitable, informative service.
