State of Nevada seeks dedicated Cadre Team Leaders for Battle Born Youth ChalleNGe Academy’s 24/7 residential program. You will supervise, mentor, and guide at‑risk youth, upholding discipline, integrity, and professionalism while balancing firm expectations with empathy.

Experience in leadership for youth, military, or educational settings is valued. This role requires shift work, physical activity, and a commitment to helping cadets achieve long‑term success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree not required; Associate's degree with leadership/mentoring experience OR high school diploma with two years of relevant leadership/caregiving experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and organize training plans for cadets.
• Mentor cadets and supervise daily activities in a residential setting.
• Maintain safety, discipline, and orderly conduct while supporting cadet development.
• Record cadet performance and report data to appropriate databases.
• Assist in facility maintenance, inspections, and program logistics.
