Washington Youth ChalleNGe Academy is seeking a Cadre Team Leader to oversee Cadre teams in delivering regimented training, discipline, and structured activities for at‑risk youth within a residential program. The role emphasizes leadership, safety, and program integrity in a 24/7 setting.

Applicants should have experience with at‑risk youth, strong leadership skills, and the ability to manage behavior and performance.

Formación

• High school graduation or GED equivalent.
• Three years of experience working with at‑risk youth or related experience (youth services, social services, military, education or law enforcement).
• Two years of college may substitute for one year of required experience.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the Cadre Team members in implementing daily training plans and programs for Cadets on a 24/7 basis.
• Lead activities related to Core Components: Leadership/Followership; Physical Fitness; Health & Hygiene; Service to Community.
• Assess and address Cadet behavior and program performance, providing guidance to maximize potential.
