Job summary

Coach Across America is seeking a Program Coordinator in Washington, DC to support AmeriCorps youth programming with boxing, wellness, and education initiatives. You will assist with enrollment, coordinate athletic and education activities, and help recruit volunteers while working closely with partner sites.

Expect a half-time service term (900 hours) Aug 2026–Aug 2027, with a total living allowance of $12,150 and an education award upon completion. This role is on-site at Midtown Youth Academy.

Qualifications

• U.S. citizen, national, or lawful permanent resident.
• 18 years of age or older (17 with written parental/guardian consent).
• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent, or currently working toward one.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate youth enrollment processes and materials.
• Coordinate athletic programming, including boxing and wellness activities.
• Assist with education program development and tutoring activities.
• Assist with volunteer database development and coordination.
• Support partner events and schedule management.
