Job summary

Child & Family Support Services, Inc. (CFSS) is seeking a Behavioral Health Technician (BHT) to provide clinical services to families in Yavapai County. You will work in community, home, or natural settings to support youths and families, with training and career growth opportunities.

Requirements include a 21+ age, High School diploma or GED (or related Bachelor's), AZ driver's license and fingerprint clearance, plus CPR/First Aid. Competitive hourly pay and full benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED and 2+ years of behavioral health experience OR a related Bachelor's degree.
• Must be 21 years or older.
• Valid Arizona Driver's License with a clean driving record within 39 months.
• Arizona DPS Level One Fingerprint Clearance Card required.
• CPR and First Aid training for Adult, Child, and Infant.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical services to families in the community, home, or other settings.
• Coordinate care with families, therapists, and other professionals.
• Implement skill-building activities and behavior coaching tailored to individuals.
• Mentor and support youth to maximize potential through strength-based approaches.
• Perform related duties as needed.
