Job summary

Child & Family Support Services, Inc is seeking a Full Time Behavioral Health Technician (BHT) to deliver clinical services to families across Maricopa County. The role emphasizes mentoring youth, implementing skill-building activities, and coordinating care with therapists and professionals in community and home settings.

Ideal candidates are 21+, flexible for evenings/weekends, have a valid AZ driver license, and CPR/First Aid training completed.

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years or older.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including some evenings and weekends.
• Valid Arizona Driver's Licence with an acceptable 39 month driving record.
• Reliable transportation, including proof of Insurance.
• Candidates are required to submit a negative drug test.
• Obtain an Arizona DPS Level One Fingerprint Clearance Card.
• Complete Adult, Child, and Infant CPR and First Aid training.

Responsibilities

• Provide services in the community, home, or other natural settings.
• Collaborate with families, therapists, and other professionals to coordinate care.
• Implement skill-building activities and behavior coaching tailored to individual needs.
• Assist youth and families to overcome challenges through mentoring and supportive interventions.
• Perform additional duties related to the position.
