Job summary

Child & Family Support Services, Inc. seeks a Full Time Behavioral Health Technician (BHT) to provide clinical services to families across Yavapai County. You will support youth and families, delivering mentoring, skill-building, and behavior coaching.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED with 2+ years in behavioral health
• Related Bachelor's degree in psychology, social work, or counseling
• Must be 21+ years old
• Valid Arizona driver’s license and reliable transportation

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical services to families in the community, home, or other settings
• Implement skill-building activities and behavior coaching tailored to individual needs
• Collaborate with families, therapists, and other professionals to coordinate care
• Help youth overcome challenges and reach their full potential
