Job summary

Child & Family Support Services (CFSS) is seeking a Full Time Behavioral Health Technician (BHT) to provide clinical services to families across Yavapai County.

You will mentor and coach youth, implement skills training, and collaborate with therapists, families, and other professionals to coordinate care in community and home settings. CFSS supports growth through training and a mission-driven culture.

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years or older.
• Flexible schedule including some evenings and weekends.
• Arizona DPS Level One Fingerprint Clearance Card required.
• CPR and First Aid training completed.
• Valid Arizona driver's license with a 39-month driving record.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical services to families across Yavapai County.
• Implement skill-building activities and behavior coaching.
• Collaborate with families, therapists, and other professionals to coordinate care.
• Provide services in the community, home, or other natural settings.
• Ability to relate to and build positive connections with children and adults in a strength-based, family-centered approach.
• Perform other duties related to the position.
