Job summary

Mentor Behavioral Health, a part of Sevita, is hiring Behavioral Health Technicians to work with youth and families in home, community, and school settings, delivering ABA and behavioral health services.

Qualifications

• A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Ability to listen with empathy while guiding families and youth.

Responsibilities

• Provide guidance and counseling techniques to families and school personnel.
• Deliver therapeutic supervision to youth and families during treatment and educational activities.
• Assist in managing aggressive behaviors using de-escalation and behavior management techniques approved by the clinical team.
• Document behavioral progress notes and collaborate with team members.
