Job summary

Child & Family Support Services, Inc in Arizona is accepting applications for a Full-time Direct Support Professional in Coconino County. You will work with children and teens to support their behavioral health needs and help them reach their full potential.

Responsibilities include mentoring, one-on-one and small group support, implementing treatment plans, documenting progress, and collaborating with families and clinicians. The role requires flexible afternoon, evening, and weekend hours.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; related bachelor's degree preferred but not required.
• Minimum one year of experience with children who have behavioral and emotional challenges.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one or small group support to children and adolescents in the community.
• Implement treatment plans developed by the supervising clinician and provide progress updates.
• Plan and facilitate activities to promote social skills and positive behaviors.
• Teach life skills such as communication, problem-solving, and self-care.
• Maintain documentation including progress notes and incident reports.
• Work effectively within a team and attend supervision and meetings.
