Job summary

Unison Health in Ohio is seeking compassionate Behavioral Health Technicians to join our QRTP program, providing care, support, and encouragement in a safe, home-like environment. Starting pay is $21.00–$23.00 per hour with 12-hour shifts (6:45am–7:15pm), PTO of 16 days per year, medical/dental/vision coverage, and retirement planning.

CPR & CPI training will be provided within 90 days. Applicants must have a High School Diploma, be at least 21, hold a valid driver’s license if driving is

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required.
• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Valid driver’s license and insurable if driving is required.
• CPR & CPI certification within 90 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Build positive, supportive relationships with youth.
• Assist with daily living skills, meals, hygiene, chores, and recreation.
• Lead and participate in structured activities and learning opportunities.
• Document progress, behaviors, and interactions.
• Use trauma-informed approaches, de-escalation techniques, and crisis interventions when needed.
• Work collaboratively with team members to ensure a safe, supportive environment.
