Job summary

Unison Health is seeking compassionate and motivated Behavioral Health Technicians to join our Children’s Qualified Residential Treatment Program (QRTP). 12-hour shifts are offered, with a focus on trauma-informed care and collaborative teamwork to maintain a nurturing setting for youth.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma is required.
• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Valid driver’s license and insurable if driving is required.
• CPR and CPI certification must be obtained within 90 days of hire.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Build positive, supportive relationships with youth.
• Assist with daily living skills, meals, hygiene, chores, and recreation.
• Lead and participate in structured activities and learning opportunities.
• Document progress, behaviors, and interactions.
• Use trauma-informed approaches, de-escalation techniques, and crisis interventions when needed.
• Work collaboratively with team members to ensure a safe, supportive environment.
