Job summary

Child & Family Support Services (CFSS) is seeking a Full Time Behavioral Health Technician (BHT) to support families across Yavapai County with clinical services. The role emphasizes mentoring, coaching, and collaboration with families, therapists, and other providers in home and community settings.

Ideal candidates bring either a high school diploma with 2+ years of behavioral health experience or a related bachelor’s degree.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of behavioral health experience or a related bachelor’s degree
• 21+ years old and valid Arizona driver’s license
• CPR and First Aid training completed

Responsibilities

• Provide services in the community, home, or other natural settings
• Collaborate with families, therapists, and other professionals to coordinate care
• Assist in implementing skill-building activities and behavior coaching
• Build positive connections with children, youth and adults in a strength-based, family-centered approach
• Perform other duties related to the position
