Job summary

Child & Family Support Services (CFSS) is seeking a full-time Behavioral Health Technician (BHT) to provide clinical services to families across Maricopa County. You will work with children and young adults, delivering mentoring, skill-building, and behavior coaching in home or community settings.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of behavioral health experience or related education
• Bachelor's degree in psychology, social work, counseling, or related field preferred

Responsibilities

• Empower youth with behavioral health challenges through mentoring and coaching
• Implement skill-building activities and tailored interventions
• Collaborate with families, therapists, and professionals to coordinate care
• Provide services in the community, home, or other natural settings
• Build positive connections with children and adults in a strength-based, family-centered approach
• Perform other duties related to the position
