Youth Advocate Programs, Inc. is seeking a Behavioral Health Technician (BHT) for Phoenix and surrounding communities.

This hourly, part-time role provides intensive, individualized mental health interventions to children and adolescents in home, school, and community settings. The position supports treatment plans as part of an interdisciplinary team, requires a Bachelor's or Master's in Human Services, at least 2 years of behavioral health experience or related certification, and willingness

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Services.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in behavioral health services or related certification.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office; experience using an EHR.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Flexible Schedule; Evenings and Weekend may be required.
• Reliable transportation and valid driver\'s license and current auto insurance.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.

Aufgaben

• Provide individualized mental health interventions and support services in various community settings (e.g., in the home, at school, camps, daycares, etc.).
• Implement specific treatment goals as part of an interdisciplinary treatment team.
• Monitor and document behaviors and progress
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to develop and adjust treatment plans.
• Flexible schedule, based around the availability of youth and families served.
