Job summary

Youth Advocate Programs, Inc. is seeking a Behavioral Health Technician (BHT) for a part-time hourly role serving children and adolescents with psychiatric diagnoses across home, school, and community settings.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent with 40+ hours of training
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in behavioral health
• Behavioral Health Certification or Behavior Analysis Certification from an accredited organization OR RBT certification

Responsibilities

• Implement sound clinical interventions and supportive services as part of an interdisciplinary team.
• Provide intensive, individualized mental health interventions for children/adolescents.
• Work across home, school, and community settings to support families and participants.
• Assist in achieving treatment goals while maintaining safety and least-restrictive environments.
