Job summary

Child & Family Support Services, Inc. is seeking a Behavioral Health Technician (BHT) to provide clinical services to families throughout Maricopa County.

The role includes community, home, or natural setting work with a focus on empowering youth and coordinating with families and professionals. The position is full-time with a competitive benefits package, including health, dental, vision, life and disability insurance, and a 401(k) match.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED with 2+ years behavioral health experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in psychology, social work, counseling, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Provide services in community, home, or other natural settings.
• Collaborate with families, therapists, and other professionals to coordinate care.
• Implement skill-building activities and behavior coaching tailored to individual needs.
• Relate to and build positive connections with children and adults in a strengths-based, family-centered way.
• Perform other duties related to the position.
