Job summary

Holcomb Brand is seeking a Behavior Health Technician to provide one-on-one support to children and adolescents in home, school, daycare, and community settings. You will help build communication, social, emotional regulation, and problem-solving skills while partnering with families and school staff.

You’ll work flexible hours with opportunities for growth, travel between client locations, and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in a related field is a plus, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one support to children and adolescents in home, school, daycare, and community settings.
• Help children build communication, social, emotional regulation, and problem-solving skills.
• Support positive behavior change using strategies taught through ABA training program.
• Follow individualized treatment plans created by clinical supervisors.
• Collaborate with families, teachers, and treatment team members to support client success.
• Travel between client locations throughout the community.
• Collect and document session data and progress notes accurately and promptly.
• Participate in ongoing training, supervision, and team meetings.
