Job summary

Chimes is seeking a Behavior Health Technician to work one-on-one with children and adolescents in community settings in Easton, PA. You will help build communication, social, emotional, and behavioral skills to support youth and their families.

Candidates with experience in childcare, education, coaching, mentoring, camps, daycare, or other youth-focused settings are encouraged to apply. Flexible scheduling and paid training are among the benefits. Travel between client locations is required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in a related field is a plus, but not required.
• Experience working with children or adolescents in childcare, education, coaching, mentoring, camps, daycare, behavioral health, or youth-focused settings preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one support to children and adolescents in home, school, daycare, and community settings.
• Help build communication, social, emotional regulation and problem-solving skills.
• Support positive behavior change using ABA-based strategies.
• Follow individualized treatment plans created by clinical supervisors.
• Collaborate with families, teachers, and treatment team to support client success.
• Travel between client locations as needed.
