CVS Health Corporation is seeking a Behavioral Health Residential Coordinator to support admissions for out-of-home residential treatment. You will coordinate referrals, identify appropriate providers, and manage the referral process across multiple care levels.

The role requires strong clinical knowledge, excellent organization, and ability to collaborate with care management, providers, and internal teams. Expect 40 hours weekly, with up to 10% travel within Arizona.

Competenze

• 2+ years of experience with Arizona behavioral health system, behavioral health network operations, and community-based treatment resources.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (particularly Excel) and electronic documentation systems.
• Willingness to travel up to 10% of the time within Arizona.

Mansioni

• Coordinate residential treatment facility referrals and admissions for members approved for out-of-home behavioral health residential treatment.
• Identify clinically appropriate participating residential treatment providers to support members' treatment goals.
• Manage referral processes, track provider responses, and maintain accurate documentation.
