Behavioral Health Network, Inc. is seeking a Therapeutic Mentor to join our youth and family programs in the greater Springfield area.

The role focuses on structured one-on-one support, teaching social and coping skills, and collaborating with clinicians and families to achieve treatment goals. Ideal candidates have at least 2 years working with children, a high school diploma or higher, and an interest in helping others within a community-based, mission-driven environment.

Qualificações

• Requires high school diploma or higher.
• Experience working with children or youth is required (2+ years).
• Knowledge of behavioral health concepts and resources is preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Provide structured one-on-one support to children and adolescents.
• Teach and model social, coping, and problem-solving skills.
• Collaborate with clinicians, caregivers, schools, and partners as part of a team-based care model.
• Document services and progress clearly and timely.
• Support youth in developing independent living skills and self-confidence.
• Assist families in navigating behavioral health systems and resources.
• Participate in supervision and treatment planning.
