Burrell Behavioral Health is seeking a Community Support Specialist to work with youth and families in Springfield, delivering community-based mental health services and mentorship. You will help clients overcome challenges, develop resilience, and achieve treatment goals across homes, clinics, and community settings.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Social Work, Education, Counseling, or related field.
• AS in Behavioral Health Support acceptable.
• Four years of qualifying experience minimum or equivalent education/experience.
• QAP credentials accepted (CADC, CRADC, CRAADC, CCJP, RADC-P, RADC, CCDP, CCDP-D).

Responsibilities

• Deliver community-based mental health services to youth and families.
• Provide mentorship and guidance to help clients achieve goals.
• Collaborate with supervisors to develop individualized care plans.
• Respond to emergencies and provide follow-up care as needed.
• Participate in staff development and training to stay current.
