Job summary

Clarvida is seeking a Behavioral Consultant to join our Pennsylvania team, delivering in-community behavioral health support to youths ages 2–21. You will lead assessments, identify target behaviors, and develop individualized treatment plans with families and schools to promote progress.

This direct care and supervisory role requires strong clinical judgment, precise documentation, and collaboration with interdisciplinary teams.

Qualifications

• Licensed in Pennsylvania as a Behavior Specialist.
• BCBA certification or graduate-level certification in behavior analysis.
• Graduate degree in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA).
• Graduate degree in psychology, social work, education, or counseling with either one year of direct services experience or completed practicum.
• Ability to pass PA Criminal, Child Abuse, and FBI Clearances.
• Licensure as LPC, LMFT, LCSW, LSW, Psychologist, Behavior Specialist, CRNP, or similar with scope to oversee ABA services.

Responsibilities

• Conduct behavioral assessments and observe clients to identify target behaviors
• Develop and monitor Individualized Treatment Plans (ITPs) with input from families and providers
• Implement ABA-aligned strategies and interventions prescribed by a licensed psychologist or psychiatrist
• Collaborate with families, educators, and interdisciplinary teams to support client progress
• Provide clinical oversight, documentation, and regular updates in line with treatment goals

Education

Licensed in Pennsylvania as a Behavior Specialist

BCBA or graduate-level certification in behavior analysis

Graduate degree in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA)
