Job summary

Clarvida in Pennsylvania is seeking a Behavioral Consultant to deliver in-community behavioral health services for youth aged 2–21. You will conduct assessments, identify target behaviors, and collaborate with families, educators, and other service providers to develop and implement individualized treatment plans (ITPs).

This direct care and supervisory role requires strong clinical insight and thorough documentation.

Qualifications

• Must be licensed in Pennsylvania as a Behavior Specialist.
• Must be BCBA-certified or hold a graduate-level certification in behavior analysis.
• Must hold a graduate degree in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA).
• Must hold a graduate degree in psychology, social work, education, or counseling with either 1 year of mental health direct services for youth or a clinical practicum.
• Must be able to pass PA Criminal, Child Abuse and FBI clearances.
• Licensure to oversee ABA services (LPC/LMFT/LCSW/LSW/Psychologist/Behavior Specialist/CRNP or equivalent) is required.

Responsibilities

• Conduct behavioral assessments and observe clients to identify target behaviors.
• Develop and monitor Individualized Treatment Plans (ITPs) with input from families and providers.
• Implement ABA-aligned strategies and interventions prescribed by a licensed psychologist or psychiatrist.
• Collaborate with families, educators, and interdisciplinary teams to support client progress.
• Provide clinical oversight, documentation, and updates aligned with treatment goals.
