Job summary

Muskegon County is seeking a Behavioral Analysis Technician to deliver one-on-one behavioral services for children with autism and developmental disabilities. You will work under a BCBA/BCaBA, performing assessments and implementing behavior plans in community and family-home settings.

Requirements include a high school diploma or GED, a valid driver's license, and reliable transportation. Preference shown for bilingual or lived-experience candidates; travel to various county sites is expected.

Qualifications

• High school graduate or GED.
• Valid driver's license and ability to obtain Michigan Driver License within 30 days of employment.
• Must have reliable transportation to carry out job duties.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one behavioral intervention services to children with Autism Spectrum Disorder or developmental disabilities.
• Assist with behavioral assessment, treatment planning, and implementation of written behavior plans under BCBA/BCaBA supervision.
• Work in community settings and family homes as needed and travel between locations.
