Job summary

The Muskegon County opportunity invites a Registered Behavior Technician to deliver one-on-one behavioral support in community mental health, local communities, and family homes. Under supervision by a BCBA or BCaBA, you will participate in behavior assessment, treatment planning, and implementation of written behavior plans.

Applicants must be credentialed as an RBT by BACB, hold a valid Michigan driver's license, and have reliable transportation to travel to various sites.

Qualifications

• Must be credentialed by the BACB as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT).
• Must possess a valid driver's license and the ability to obtain a Michigan Driver License within 30 days of employment.
• Must have reliable transportation to carry out job duties across locations.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one services related to behavior intervention for children with autism spectrum disorder or developmental disabilities in community, home, and CMH settings.
• Work under supervision of a BCBA or BCaBA, participating in behavior assessment, treatment planning, and implementation of written behavior plans.
• Perform paraprofessional duties and other related tasks as assigned.
