Job summary

Muskegon County is seeking a Behavioral Analysis Technician to provide one-on-one behavioral intervention to children with ASD and other developmental disabilities under the supervision of a BCBA or BCaBA.

Work in community settings and family homes with shifts 11:00AM–7:30PM, up to 32 hours per week. Requires a high school diploma or GED, valid driver’s license, and reliable transportation. Bilingual candidates and lived experiences are valued.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one behavioral intervention to children with Autism Spectrum Disorder or other developmental disabilities under supervision of a BCBA/BCaBA.
• Perform assessments, treatment planning, and implementation of written behavior plans.
• Handle duties related to behavioral assessment and delivery of services in community and family settings.
