Job summary

Clarvida in Pennsylvania is seeking a Behavioral Consultant to provide in‑community behavioral health support for youth ages 2–21. You will lead assessments, identify target behaviors, and collaborate with families, educators, and other providers to implement individualized treatment plans.

Qualifications

Licensed in Pennsylvania as a Behavior Specialist or equivalent
BCBA certification or graduate-level certification in behavior analysis
Graduate degree in ABA
Graduate degree in psychology, social work, education, or counseling with relevant experience or practicum
Ability to pass PA Criminal, Child Abuse, and FBI Clearances
Licensure to oversee ABA services where applicable

Responsibilities

Conduct behavioral assessments and observe clients to identify target behaviors
Develop and monitor Individualized Treatment Plans (ITPs) with input from families and providers
Implement ABA-aligned strategies prescribed by a licensed psychologist or psychiatrist
Collaborate with families, educators, and interdisciplinary teams to support client progress
Provide clinical oversight, documentation, and regular updates in line with treatment goals
