Job summary

The Village Network is seeking a Behavioral Management Specialist - Residential to support youth and families in our Ohio/West Virginia programs. You will provide direct care and clinical support aligned with our mission, vision, and values.

You will participate in transportation, crisis counseling, group activities, and behavior management, working with teachers and clinical staff to maintain a safe, structured environment. Opportunities exist for advancement within a growing organization.

Qualifications

• Diploma or GED required.
• 3+ years behavioral health experience or related degree.
• Valid Ohio driver’s license with insurable driving record.
• Must be 21 years of age or older.

Responsibilities

• Assist transportation when not assigned to other needs.
• Provide behavior management and document behavior modification.
• Assist with daily operations, attendance, parent communication and meal supervision.
• Provide crisis and/or individual counseling and youth groups.
• Lead psych educational groups; select curriculum with staff/therapists.
• Support behavioral management of the residential campus.
• Other duties as assigned.
