Job summary

Pascua Yaqui Tribe is seeking an Attendance Achievement Program Administrator to support community youth and families, promote school attendance, and foster academic achievement. The role develops policies and serves as a liaison with Education Division, Court, Prosecutor's Office, Law Enforcement, and schools.

The administrator will provide case management, coordinate events, and review reports to forecast needs and secure resources.

Qualifications

• Associate Degree in Education, Social Work, related field and four years of work experience promoting education and staying in school.
• Bachelor's Degree in Education, Social Work, related field and four years of work experience promoting education and staying in school.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; valid Arizona Driver's License; non-traditional hours including nights and weekends; Level 1 Arizona Clearance Card.

Responsibilities

• Assist management with policy and procedure development to support children and families and promote youth goals.
• Ensure program partners maintain communication through school visits and family outreach.
• Provide direct support and referrals to programs to achieve goals.
• Verify referrals are complete and linkage between family and provider is secure.
• Participate in community events to promote the tribe's programs and image.
• Network with schools and tribal personnel to identify student needs and resources.
• Coordinate tribal-wide initiatives and act as liaison with districts and agencies.
• Provide case management for youth and families in the Attendance Achievement Program.
