Client Acquisition: We have our own in-house marketing team that generates approximately 20,000 new client requests per week, exclusively for our advisors. Our system includes targeted direct mail and digital content that goes out to homeowners. Those homeowners who are interested in what we offer will personally respond through an online link, scanning a QR code on the direct mail piece, or by calling in and requesting us to contact them and set a virtual appointment over Zoom to review their options. There is no cold calling. Only those who have requested the information will be contacted.
Client Fulfillment: As a client advisor, you will have access to our technology-driven CRM to connect with clients who have requested a consultation. The automation will set a virtual appointment from home or anywhere to help them apply for the best plan for their needs. Our full-time advisors will connect with 10 to 15 families per week. We provide ongoing training and support for our advisor partners.
Advisor Compensation: This is a 1099/commission-based position. The average compensation is about $1,000 per issued client application. Our average full-time advisors will enroll at least five clients per week. Our top advisors will protect 15 to 20 clients per week. You will earn overrides, bonuses, residuals, and all-expense-paid incentive travel.
Expectations: This position is remote and combines the freedom and tax benefits of being an independent contractor, with the ongoing support and coaching from our team of experts who will help you every step of the way. You will be accountable for your activity and results. Rapid advancement into leadership is available.
