The Learning Experience Cedar Park is seeking a passionate Lead Toddler Teacher to shape the early learning journey for our youngest learners in Cedar Park, TX. You will create a safe, engaging, and developmentally rich classroom and lead a team to implement compelling, age-appropriate activities.

Your role includes supervising assistants, maintaining records, and partnering with families to support each child’s growth and well-being every day.

• Knowledge of early childhood development principles and best practices.
• Strong classroom management and leadership skills.
• Warm, patient and enthusiastic demeanor with young children.

Responsabilités

• Plan and implement age-appropriate curriculum and daily lesson plans for toddler-aged children.
• Foster a safe, nurturing, and stimulating classroom environment that supports social-emotional development.
• Supervise and guide assistant teachers and classroom aides.
• Communicate regularly with parents and guardians regarding child progress and daily activities.
• Maintain accurate developmental records, assessments, and documentation for each child.
• Ensure classroom health, safety, and cleanliness standards are consistently met.
• Build positive relationships with children, families, and staff.

The Learning Experience - Cedar Park is looking for a passionate and nurturing Lead Toddler Teacher to join their growing team in Cedar Park, TX! • Plan and implement age-appropriate curriculum and daily lesson plans for toddler-aged children
• Foster a safe, nurturing, and stimulating classroom environment that supports social-emotional development
• Supervise and guide assistant teachers and classroom aides
• Communicate regularly with parents and guardians regarding child progress and daily activities
• Maintain accurate developmental records, assessments, and documentation for each child
• Ensure classroom health, safety, and cleanliness standards are consistently met
• Build positive relationships with children, families, and fellow staff members

Requirements:

• Knowledge of early childhood development principles and best practices
• Current or ability to obtain CPR and First Aid certification
• Strong classroom management and leadership skills
• Warm, patient, and enthusiastic demeanor with a genuine love for working with young children
• Ability to meet state licensing requirements for childcare professionals in Texas
