Alo in Albuquerque's ABQ Uptown is seeking a Sales Associate (Part-Time). You will help guests discover the right products, share brand story, and create an authentic, welcoming shopping experience.

This role emphasizes teamwork, product knowledge, and high-energy service. You will support store goals, handle shipments, and contribute to a friendly environment that reflects Alo's mindful movement and community.

Qualifications

• 1+ years in a client-centric, sales environment.
• Passion for customer service and delivering exceptional experiences
• Aligns with ALO Guiding Principles
• Self-motivated with a desire to achieve results
• Requires constant movement in and around store
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
• Stand and move for an entire shift

Responsibilities

• Drive store goals by leading Flow initiatives and optimizing efficiency
• Engage customers and provide a friendly, easy to shop environment
• Build client relationships daily with our customers
• Analyze reports with leadership to strategize and deliver results
• Ensure effective sales floor coverage and lead selling initiatives
• Educate guests on our product, community and culture
• Process shipments and maintain product flow
• Maintain front and back of house procedures per policy
