Job summary

CorePower Yoga Fenway is seeking a Studio Coordinator to support daily studio operations, lead health and safety standards, and coordinate systems such as POS, reservations, HRIS, and scheduling. You will work with the Studio Manager to grow memberships, retail sales, and community outreach while maintaining a welcoming, high-energy studio environment.

The role includes teaching hours (minimum 6 classes per week if certified) and assisting SET with onboarding, training, and performance.

Qualifications

• Excellent oral communication, professionalism and interpersonal skills required.
• Experience in customer service is required.
• Completion of a Yoga Alliance certified 200-hour program is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support Studio Manager in achieving studio goals including memberships, retail, community outreach, recruitment, and programming enrollment.
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness and health/safety protocol in the studio.
• Coordinate studio systems: POS, online reservations, HRIS, and facilities tickets.
• Teach a minimum of 6 CorePower Yoga classes per week and assist with subbing as needed.
• Lead Orientation for new Studio Experience Team members and train them on protocol.
