Job summary

CorePower Yoga is seeking a Studio Coordinator in Boston to support the world-class studio experience, coordinating operations, health and safety, and front desk leadership. You will work with Studio Manager to drive membership growth, class scheduling, and staff coordination.

The role requires comfort with studio systems (POS, online reservations, HRIS), customer service excellence, and a proactive, self-starting attitude.

Qualifications

• Must demonstrate CorePower Yoga core values.
• Experience in customer service required.
• Completion of a Yoga Alliance 200-hour program preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet and engage studio guests, supporting a welcoming community.
• Coordinate studio operations and health/safety protocols.
• Support Studio Manager with membership growth, retail, and programming enrollment.
• Assist with frontline duties including front desk guidance and class scheduling.

Skills

Excellent oral communication

Customer service experience

Microsoft Office proficiency

Education

Yoga Alliance certified 200-hour program (preferred)

College degree preferred
