Job summary

CorePower Yoga, LLC is seeking a Studio Coordinator to support our world‑class studio experience and coordinate studio operations. You will work with the Studio Manager to deliver results and growth toward studio goals.

The role includes maintaining health and safety standards, engaging with the studio community, and assisting with member growth, retail, and programming enrollment. Teaching six classes weekly may be required if certified.

Qualifications

• Excellent oral communication skills and professionalism.
• Experience in customer service is required.
• Yoga Alliance 200‑hour certification preferred.
• Yoga Sculpt teaching experience preferred.
• Familiar with studio systems (HRIS, POS, scheduling, payroll).
• College degree (BA/BS) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support Studio Manager in achieving goals, including membership growth and programming enrollment.
• Maintain schedule: 18–29 hours per week in studio and teach if certified.
• Act as studio liaison for front desk, supply inventory, and cleanliness.
• Lead orientation and training for Studio Experience Team members.
• Coordinate systems: POS, online reservations, HRIS, and facilities requests.
• Teach a minimum of six CorePower classes per week or sub when needed.
