Job summary

ALO is seeking an Operations Lead to join our store leadership team in Atlanta. The role focuses on driving profitability and efficiency through hands-on inventory, logistics, and floor management.

Expect to lead by example, manage staff, and uphold visual standards while maintaining a safe, inviting store environment. The position requires dynamic, cross-functional collaboration with the Operations & Visual Managers and a commitment to guest experience and store performance.

Qualifications

• 2+ years leading client-centric sales operations
• Strong decision-making and leadership capabilities
• Feedback-oriented with a willingness to coach
• Self-motivated with results-driven mindset
• Excellent written and verbal communication
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and move around the store

Responsibilities

• Lead inventory management to maximize accuracy and reduce shrink
• Root cause inventory issues with GM to improve processes
• Oversee shipment, receiving, transfers, replenishment, floor sets and supply management
• Champion visual standards on the sales floor
• Maintain safe, efficient operations with strong stockroom practices
• Collaborate with managers on budgets, expenses, and facilities
