Job summary

ALO is seeking an Operations Associate to support store profitability and efficiency. You will work with the Operations & Visual Management team to drive inventory accuracy and execute key operational functions across shipment, receiving, replenishment, and floor set updates.

The role requires physical movement, ability to lift up to 50 pounds, and a customer-focused mindset to ensure a positive guest experience. Full-time, on-site position with competitive benefits.

Qualifications

• 1+ years in a client-centric, sales & operations environment.
• Constant movement throughout store areas.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Able to stand for an entire shift.

Responsibilities

• Execute inventory management to maximize accuracy and reduce shrink.
• Investigate inventory issues with store leadership to close gaps.
• Support shipment, receiving, replenishment, and floor set updates.
• Maintain strong visual standards on the sales floor.
• Collaborate across budgeting, vendor relations, and facilities.
• Foster a safe work environment with stockroom standards.
• Move dynamically on the floor to meet business needs.
• Assist in processing shipments and daily replenishment.
