Job summary

ALO is seeking an Operations and Visual Manager to lead store operations and visual execution on the sales floor and back of house in Austin. The role drives inventory accuracy, labor planning, and KPI-driven visual standards to keep the store customer-ready at all times.

Work closely with the General Manager to manage budget, reporting, and planning processes; lead a team through coaching and succession planning while maintaining a safe, engaging store environment.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of retail or related industry leadership experience.
• Excellent MS Office skills (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Strong interpersonal and written communication skills.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-changing environment.
• Aligns with ALO’s Guiding Principles.
• Independent work ethic and accountability.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to stand and move for an entire shift.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and support execution of key operational and visual processes.
• Investigate and root cause inventory accuracy issues, partnering with the General Manager.
• Champion strong visual standards for the salesfloor using performance data.
• Support sell-through by ensuring inventory counts and coordinating labor hours for deliveries.
• Maintain a safe, efficient store environment and operations.
