Job summary

ALO in Miami is seeking an Operations Lead to join our store leadership team, driving profitability and efficiency. You will collaborate with the Operations & Visual Manager to delegate work, provide feedback, and ensure optimal total store operations, including inventory, shipments, and floor execution.

In this full-time role, you will oversee the Operations Associates, recruit and develop talent, and use performance tools to guide growth.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in a client-centric, sales environment.
• Strong interpersonal and written communication skills.
• High energy and enthusiastic with the ability to lead a team.

Responsibilities

• Lead and execute inventory management processes to maximize inventory accuracy and reduce shrink.
• Investigate and address inventory accuracy issues with the GM to close process or system gaps.
• Manage key operational functions: shipment, receiving, processing, floor replenishment, floor set updates, and stock management.
• Champion strong visual standards for the sales floor.
• Support safe, efficient operations through stockroom standards and processes.
