CorePower Yoga, LLC is seeking a Studio Coordinator to support world-class studio operations and uphold health and safety standards. You will work with the Studio Manager to drive membership growth, retail, and community programming while ensuring a welcoming, high-energy student experience.

You will also help manage front desk duties, teach optional classes if certified, and coordinate team responsibilities across SET and studio staff. A background in yoga and strong communication are essential.

Competenze

• CorePower Yoga Core Value-driven role requiring excellent oral communication and professionalism.
• Experience in customer service is required.
• Completion of a Yoga Alliance 200-hour program is preferred.
• Yoga Sculpt teacher training is preferred.
• Familiarity with studio systems such as HRIS, intranet, POS and payroll systems.
• Ability to build relationships across diverse personalities and seniority levels.

• Present CorePower Yoga values and foster a welcoming student experience.
• Support Studio Manager in achieving growth goals: memberships, retail, outreach, recruitment, and programming enrollment.
• Maintain flexible 18–29 hour weekly studio schedule, including health and safety enforcement, front desk guidance, and team support.
• Act as a point of contact for students and staff when Studio Manager is unavailable (up to 20 hours/week).
• Oversee studio supplies and cleanliness to ensure resources are available at all times.
• Engage with the studio community, greet students by name, and represent yoga positively inside and outside the studio.
• Assist teaching staff with learning the POS and other class duties.
• Coordinate studio systems (POS, online reservations, scheduling, HRIS) and ensure smooth operations.
