Job summary

CorePower Yoga in Charlotte, NC is seeking a Studio Coordinator to support studio operations and uphold health and safety standards. You will work with the Studio Manager to drive member growth, coordinate front desk duties, assist with scheduling, and help deliver a welcoming, well-run studio experience.

This role requires strong customer service, clear communication, and the ability to train and supervise the Studio Experience Team.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service and hospitality is required.
• Completion of a Yoga Alliance certified 200-hour program is preferred.
• Ability to operate studio systems and train staff efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Support studio operations and uphold health and safety standards.
• Assist Studio Manager to drive membership growth and programming enrollment.
• Coordinate front desk, teaching schedule, and SET processes.
• Lead Orientation and train Studio Experience Team members.
