Job summary

ALO is seeking an Operations Associate (Part-Time) to help drive profitability and efficiency in our Pinecrest store. The role supports the Operations & Visual Management team, handling inventory processes, floor replenishment, and visual standards to ensure smooth daily operations.

The position requires 1+ years in a client-centric role, ability to move constantly throughout the store, and physical capability to lift up to 50 pounds.

Qualifications

• 1+ years in a client-centric, sales & operational environment is required.
• Constant movement in all store areas is required.
• Physically able to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for a shift.

Responsibilities

• Execute inventory management to maximize accuracy and reduce shrink.
• Investigate inventory accuracy issues with the General/Store Manager to close gaps.
• Support shipment, receiving, replenishment, floor sets, and store operations.
