Job summary

ALO in Oklahoma City is seeking an Operations Associate to drive profitability and efficiency within the store team. You will work closely with the Operations & Visual Management team to execute inventory, receiving, replenishment, and floor-set tasks while maintaining strong visual standards.

The role requires constant movement and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds, with a focus on customer satisfaction and teamwork in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• 1+ years in a client-centric, sales & operational environment
• Constant movement in and around store
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
• Stand and move for entire shift
• Passion for customer service and delivering exceptional experiences
• Self-motivated with desire to achieve results and work well in a team

Responsibilities

• Execute inventory management processes to maximize accuracy and reduce shrink
• Investigate inventory accuracy issues with store leadership
• Support shipment, receiving, replenishment, floor set updates, and supply management
• Maintain and champion strong visual standards for the sales floor
• Collaborate with reporting, budgets, expenses, inventory control, vendors, and facilities
• Support safe, efficient store operation and stockroom standards
• Move dynamically on the retail floor to meet business needs
• Assist in processing shipments and ensure product flow including merchandising and replenishment
• Use metrics to support business-driving strategies
• Resolve client needs quickly and ensure customer satisfaction
• Identify product concerns and communicate inventory needs
• Maintain clean, safe, and inviting store environment
