Job summary

CorePower Yoga, LLC seeks a Studio Coordinator to support a world-class studio experience. You will coordinate operations, ensure health and safety standards, and help grow membership and programs in line with CPY values.

You will work closely with the Studio Manager, assist in onboarding and training, and engage with the local community to deliver exceptional student experiences. This role requires flexibility and a passion for yoga.

Qualifications

• CoreValue-aligned, professional and interpersonal skills required.
• Experience in customer service is required.
• Yoga Alliance 200-hour certification preferred.
• Yoga Sculpt trainer training preferred.
• Familiar with studio systems (HRIS, intranet, POS, payroll).
• Ability to build relationships across levels of Seniority.
• Thrives in a fast-paced environment with deadlines.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
• Strong time management and initiative.

Responsibilities

• Support Studio Manager in achieving studio goals (membership growth, retail, programming).
• Lead front desk and community engagement when on duty.
• Coordinate and execute Health, Safety, and Cleanliness protocols.
• Teach a minimum of 6 branded CorePower Yoga classes per week (if certified).
• Assist in interviewing and scheduling SET members and training.
