Job summary

CorePower Yoga, LLC seeks a Studio Coordinator to support the world-class studio experience by coordinating operations and upholding health and safety standards. You will work with the Studio Manager to drive membership growth, retail sales, and community outreach while maintaining exceptional guest service.

Responsibilities include managing front desk duties, stock and inventory, and assisting with the Studio Experience Team, including hiring and scheduling.

Qualifications

• Excellent oral communication, professionalism and interpersonal skills.
• Customer service experience required.
• Completion of a Yoga Alliance certified 200-hour program is preferred.
• Yoga Sculpt teacher training is preferred.
• Familiar with studio systems (HRIS, intranet, POS, scheduling and payroll).

Responsibilities

• Support Studio Manager to achieve company and studio goals, including membership growth and programming enrollment.
• Greet students by name and foster a welcoming studio community.
• Maintain cleanliness, supplies and front desk operations.
• Train and supervise Studio Experience Team members; assist in hiring and scheduling.

Skills

MS Office proficiency

POS & studio systems familiarity

Ability to teach (if certified)
