Job summary

CorePower Yoga, LLC is seeking a Studio Coordinator to support world-class studio operations and uphold high health and safety standards. You will work closely with the Studio Manager to drive membership growth, retail sales, and programming enrollment while maintaining exceptional guest experiences.

The role requires flexibility to commit 18–29 hours per week in-studio, a willingness to train new staff, and the ability to manage front desk duties and clean, organized facilities.

Qualifications

• Must demonstrate CorePower Yoga core values and excellent oral communication.
• Experience in customer service is required.
• Completion of a Yoga Alliance 200-hour program is preferred.
• Yoga Sculpt teacher training is preferred.
• Familiar with studio systems (HRIS, POS, scheduling, payroll).
• Ability to build relationships across diverse personalities and levels of seniority.
• Thrives in a fast-paced environment and can handle multiple deadlines.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office products (Outlook, Word, Excel).
• College degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Live the CorePower Yoga values and inspire others at all times.
• Support Studio Manager in achieving growth goals including membership and programming enrollment.
• Commit to a flexible schedule of 18–29 hours per week in-studio operations.
• Act as studio lead in the Studio Manager’s absence for up to 20 hours per week.
• Maintain studio supplies and cleanliness to uphold CPY standards.
• Engage with the studio community and greet members by name.
• Assist teaching staff with POS and class-related duties.
